Shipping and Delivery

Stock status
When you order items from us, you can see stock status under the heading on the product page. If the item is in stock, a green symbol is displayed. If the item is not in stock, an orange symbol and a short explanation are displayed. In the case of orange symbols, the item must be ordered at home before we can deliver your order.
NB: If you have ordered several items, one or more is not in stock (orange symbol) sent your order total as soon as we have them in stock.

Delivery costs
We send your order free of charge in Denmark, regardless of which shipping method you choose.

You can choose to have your package delivered with either: GLS   or PostNord
With both shipping companies, you can choose to have the package delivered to a post office near your address or home to your door.
You can also choose flex delivery , which means that the postman must deliver the package. In that case, when ordering, you must specify where they may place the package, e.g. 'in the garage'.*
Please note that we do not replace lost packages if you have chosen flex delivery.

Once your order is shipped
Tracking number
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number on the package and a link where you can track the shipment.
You will also receive an e-mail with your invoice which is attached as a pdf file.

EAN number?

If you have ordered with an EAN number, the invoice will be sent electronically.
Remember your package

Remember to pick up your package within 14 days if it has been placed in a post office store. The package will be returned to us if it is not picked up before.

Return and cancellation

If you have received some items that you want to regret the purchase of, or must have exchanged due to damage or errors when ordering, you can read more about returns below.

You have 14 days from receipt / collection of your order, to cancel or return your purchase. See the full terms and conditions here.

Our goods are stored and sent from our warehouse in Glostrup. The address is also the return address:

All items to be returned must be shipped or delivered to the above address. As a customer, you have the opportunity to:

1) Return in person in Glostrup
You deliver the goods in person at the address during normal working hours Mon-Fri.
2) Return by post - you pay the postage at the post office
You send the goods to the address - preferably with a tracking number, so that the goods can be replaced if they do not arrive. You buy the postage at the post office yourself. Remember to enclose information about your order number.

3) Buy return postage from us
You can buy a link to return postage with tracking, which you can print out for yourself and put on the package. This costs 75, - DKK incl. VAT, which is set off against the amount you must return. If you want to buy a link to return postage, please write to us and inform us about your order number.

Have you ordered something wrong and want something else?
Then it is easiest to order what you want immediately and return the wrong one, cf. the above options. Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to exchange items in the warehouse directly, as return and purchase are two separate processes in relation to invoicing and payment / credit.

Are there any defects in the item you received?

transport damage
1. If the packaging is damaged and the damage originates from this, Postnord must replace the package. Therefore, please inform us about the damage and feel free to send some pictures so that we can create a complaint case with Postnord. NB: It is important to do this within 24 hours if compensation is to be obtained.

Errors or omissions
2. If the error is not due to transport damage, but a factory error or package error, the staff at eAnatomi will solve the problems as soon as possible to the least possible inconvenience and of course free of charge for you. Just contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refund of purchase amount
If you have returned items to us under the above conditions, the amount for these items will be credited to you. If the payment was made with a Dankort / credit card, the amount is returned to the same card that was used when ordering. If you have received an invoice with credit terms and paid via bank transfer, we must have provided your bank account number. for use in crediting. Refunds are usually made within a few days after we have received the goods back and seen them.

Delivery abroad

We ship to all countries in the EU as well as Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands.

If you order from Sweden, please visit our Swedish page www.eAnatomi.se , where the prices are seen in Swedish kroner. If you order from a company in Sweden, you have the opportunity to provide your VAT number to shop VAT-free.

If you order from Norway, customs fees and VAT is added during import. We send the goods from our Danish warehouse via the shipping company UPS or Postnord.

Greenland, Iceland
All prices on eAnatomi.dk are shown including VAT. When selling to countries outside the EU, the Danish VAT is removed. The shipping cost is calculated according to the physical weight and volume of the order and is calculated by contacting us.

Please note that local VAT and customs fees may be added upon arrival in Greenland and Iceland. These expenses are paid by the recipient.
