Prices
Payment
1) Online with Dankort, Kreditkort or Mobile Pay. This is done externally via the payment module Bambora, which uses an SSL encrypted connection.
3) EAN - electronic invoicing with 30 days credit. Can only be offered to public institutions with an EAN number

4) Invoice with credit (unless otherwise agreed). Offered only by individual agreement.
Failure to pay
If the agreed due date is exceeded, a monthly interest of 1.5% is charged, which is expected from the due date and DKK 100 in reminder fee per reminder letter. In the event of non-payment after 2 reminders, the case is sent for collection, where all case costs are imposed on the customer.
Delivery time
After receiving the order and payment, the ordered goods are generally delivered within 1-2 working days to the specified address - unless:
1) That the goods are not in stock
2) That the shipment takes place abroad
Delivery costs are stated when ordering and paid by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The transaction can be canceled if the item, within 14 days after delivery, is returned in intact condition and in original packaging, cf. current legislation on distance selling. *
* If an order is picked up in person at our warehouse, the right of withdrawal lapses.
Foil-packed items will not be returned if the foil is broken.
NB: Please note that the buyer pays return postage.

Complaint
There is a 24 month right to make a complaint - possibly. limited by expiration date. This also applies to second-hand goods and procurement goods, but not custom-made goods - eg with a customized design or printed customer logo. You must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the error or defect has been established.
Gift card
Gift certificates from eAnatomi are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Warranty
A minimum 2-year guarantee is provided from the invoice date. The warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty is void if the fault has occurred as a result of incorrect use or wear. The guarantee is from the original date of purchase, even if an item, contrary to expectations, has been exchanged / repaired.
Please note that the buyer pays the freight when sending to any. replacement or warranty repair. In the event of a defect in an item that falls under warranty, we return the item in question repaired, or we deliver a new item free of charge.
For replacement or warranty repair, a copy of the order confirmation must be attached. Otherwise, the warranty will lapse and the item will be returned by COD. If the return costs are not paid, we reserve the right (14 days after shipment) to transfer ownership to eAnatomi. Customers outside Denmark must pay the full shipping costs for returning and returning the item when exchanging.

Reservations
eAnatomi reserves the right to make printing errors, price adjustments, changes in the product specifications, technical errors in the online store (webshop) and sold-out items.
Special reservations
For offers that have been prepared individually, special conditions may apply. In that case, they will be informed before the customer's final order is placed.
Content and trademark protection on eAnatomi.dk
Any use of images, texts and files on eAnatomy without prior permission is strictly prohibited and will form the basis of prosecution.
"eAnatomi" name is registered and protected trademark. Copying is strictly prohibited and any abuse will be prosecuted.
Any deviation from the general terms and conditions can only be done with the permission of eAnatomi.
